Using Weather Astrology
These terms apply when you use this site, create an account, subscribe to the newsletter, or buy a forecast or report. By doing so you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Astrology Disclaimer, Data & Accuracy notice, and Content Use policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Astrology is for reflection
Everything on this site, including personalized forecasts and birth chart reports, is offered for reflection, perspective, and general interest. It is not a guarantee or prediction of any outcome. Please use your own judgment.
The site and what we provide
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be online, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may change, pause, or remove features, content, or products at any time. Ordering opens for each product only when we say so on its page.
Your account
You need an account to buy a forecast or report. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Please provide accurate birth details, since your forecast is built from them. A forecast cannot be more accurate than the information it is based on, as explained in our Data & Accuracy notice.
Purchases and payment
Forecasts and reports are one-time purchases priced in US dollars, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
Each forecast covers a set window that begins on the day you buy it: 7 days, 30 days, or 12 months, depending on the forecast you choose. A birth chart report is written once your payment is confirmed. Your order and its dates are saved to your account.
Refunds
Because forecasts and reports are digital and made for you after you buy, purchases are generally final. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge, a payment that did not deliver what you ordered, or a mistake on our side, please contact us and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break, probe, or try to get around the security of the site or other people's accounts;
- interfere with other people's use of the site, or overload it with automated requests;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud, or mislead anyone;
- copy, resell, or republish forecasts, reports, or site content except as the Content Use policy allows.
We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Our content and your forecast
The text, design, and artwork on this site belong to Weather Astrology or its licensors, apart from third-party material described in our Content Use policy. Your personal forecast or report is for your own personal use. You are welcome to keep it and share short excerpts with credit.
Third-party services and links
The site relies on services run by others, including Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and Open-Meteo for looking up birth places. It may also link to other websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No warranties
To the extent the law allows, the site, forecasts, and reports are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind, including any promise that they are accurate, complete, or suited to a particular purpose. This does not remove any warranty or right that the law says cannot be removed.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Weather Astrology is not liable for decisions you make based on the content, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the forecast or report involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes

Nothing here takes away consumer protections that apply to you under the law where you live.
Changes
